Who You Are:

Tribble Electric is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Project Managers throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment. The Project Coordinator plays a critical part in ensuring project accuracy, workflow efficiency, and exceptional service for both internal teams and external clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers across all phases of projects
  • Set up new jobs in contractor software and manage ongoing coordination from project start to closeout
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, collections, and job closeout documentation
  • Assist clients with billing questions, account updates, and issue resolution
  • Maintain department workflow using various software platforms and internal tools
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, email management, and time tracking
  • Ensure all project documents are organized and indexed within the paperless database
What You'll Bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
  • Experience in construction or contracting is preferred
  • Strong customer service experience; client-facing communication is essential
  • Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
