We’re hiring a Concrete Project Manager / Estimator to manage concrete and restoration projects from bid through completion. This role combines accurate estimating with hands-on project coordination to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Estimate concrete, flatwork, foundation, and restoration projects
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and field execution
  • Review plans, specifications, and scopes for accuracy
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and inspections
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers

Requirements

  • Experience estimating concrete or restoration construction projects
  • Strong project management and field coordination skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
