Under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care through established clinical standards and adequate staffing. You will evaluate and meet the educational and orientation requirements of the unit's staff, manage the annual budget preparation for operational and capital needs, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and ongoing quality improvement initiatives. You will also address clinical trends and issues efficiently, while fostering a supportive environment that aligns with the mission and values of our organization.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's in Science of Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited institution, or a BSN in progress (must be completed within three years of hire).
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a relevant specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous management experience.
