We are seeking an Techincal Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects from kickoff through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective client communication, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from start to finish; multiple projects at a time (5-6 projects)
  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements
  • Track success with metrics, maintain documentation, and ensure communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Implement best practices for streamlined project management.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of project management experience is required. MSP project management experience would be considered an asset.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Cloud Projects: O365 migrations, SharePoint migrations, Google Workspace
    • Server Projects: migrating/updating applications from physical server to cloud infrastructure; prem to prem migrations
    • Network Projects:implementation of firewalls, switching, APs, cabling
    • New client onboardings
    • Office moves, office buildouts
  • Certified project management credentials: PMP, Project+, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as ConnectWise
  • Experience in vendor contract negotiations.
  • Expertise in drafting and submitting budget proposals, with the ability to recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Mastery of M365 migrations and experience with infrastructure projects and ISP migrations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical staff.

  • Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance.
  • Occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds) may be required.
What's In It For You
  • Salary: $95,000-$110,000 annually
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Hybrid role - one day a week in the office in Milwaukee + any required in-person meetings
