Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for your assigned client accounts

  • Handle daily account operations and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Monitor account performance and offer timely updates or solutions

  • Keep accurate client records, data, and documentation

  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments to address client needs

  • Identify ways to enhance client satisfaction and increase account value

  • Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure a positive experience

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or client relations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and time management

  • A team player who can also work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
