Job Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Associate, where your dedication ensures exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out and throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet operational needs.
  • Arrive on time in a clean, professional uniform, including a name tag.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and internal standards.
  • Handle cash transactions following the established protocols.
  • Stay informed about daily hotel operations and updates including events and new procedures.
  • Understand room rates, packages, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
  • Know the details of guest rooms, facilities, and services offered by the hotel.
  • Monitor guest service scores and feedback to constantly enhance service quality.
  • Proficiently operate hotel reservation software.
  • Register guests and assign rooms while accommodating special requests.
  • Be knowledgeable about brand-specific rewards and frequent traveler programs.
  • Answer phones promptly, adhering to etiquette standards (within three rings).
  • Understand safe deposit box policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and back-office area.
  • Utilize downtime to clean public areas as per the checklist.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues following brand-specific guidelines.
  • Support colleagues as needed to enhance daily hotel operations.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and how to respond accordingly.
  • Provide local area attractions and information to guests.
  • Secure cash by locking the cashier bank when stepping away from the front desk.
  • Report unusual occurrences or requests to management.
  • Greet all guests warmly and offer immediate assistance.
  • Use daily checklists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any additional duties as required.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required for approved driving tasks.
