Role: Sr. Business System Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. Tperson Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing IT and business processes and will assist in various capacities relating to our company's technology needs. Tperson ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems, and expertise in implementing modern interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems.
Experience:
Tperson Business System Analyst must have at least 8+ years of experience in all key areas of responsibility.
Must have experience in Case Management applications
Financial industry experience with Credit Card domain knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand tpersonir needs and gatperson detailed business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Develop and document business and IT process models to illustrate current and future states. Perform fit-gap analyses.
Gatperson and document design requirements.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
Prepare and execute testing plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
Assist with development of plans and work artifacts in support of tperson project management life cycle.
Assist with troubleshooting software systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Facilitate workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Skills:
Must have experience with Case Management applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand.
Skilled in tperson use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
