Job Summary and Qualifications

As a multi-modality CT/Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment and producing essential cross-sectional images necessary for diagnosing medical conditions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing patients for procedures by explaining processes and positioning them for optimal imaging.
• Interpreting physician instructions accurately and administering contrast materials as needed.
• Monitoring the inventory of supplies during room rotation and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assisting radiologists in administering medication and performing biopsies.
• Preparing examination rooms for CT scans, X-Rays, and invasive procedures.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification required within 1 year of employment start date.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• Vocational School Graduate.
