Our client, a leading organization in the technology services industry, is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the End User Services / Desktop Support Department supporting IT Operations and Corporate Users.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and critical thinking skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Range: 36$ per hour

What's the Job?

  • Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide highquality customer support directly to end users.
  • Install, configure, and repair Windows and Mac OS systems, ensuring secure and compliant environments.
  • Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs.
  • Support conference room technology including Teams, Zoom, projectors, audio systems, and telephony equipment.
What's Needed?
  • 5+ years of desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/Android mobile support, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with system imaging, SCCM/MECM, Bomgar, and enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, password security, and device encryption (BitLocker).
  • Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (A+, MCP, HDI) preferred.
