Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair to production equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Highlights:

- Schedule: M,T, W every other Sunday
- Pay Rate: $36-40/hr
- Location: Sun Prairie, WI
- Permanent direct hire position
- Assist in installation and modifications.
- Install power supply wiring and conduit for new installs from 24 volt DC up to 480volt AC.
- Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment and connect cable and wires to machines and equipment.
- Replace and lubricate electric motor gearings and rewire motors.
- Preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical.
- PLC understanding, mechanical and electrical experience.
- Able to determine the correct method and sequence of operation and selection of materials used.
- Knowledge of machine shop tools and measuring instruments; multimeter, oscilloscope and meg ohm meter.
- 2 years of electrical mechanical trade school or 5 years work experience.
