- Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews (5-15+ workers)
- Run daily jobsite operations for re-roof, tear-off, and new construction
- Install and oversee TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, and metal roofing systems
- Read and execute blueprints, specs, and scopes of work
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inspections
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Track labor, materials, and progress (Raken, Procore, or similar)
- Train crew members on installation, safety, and tools
- Manage punch lists and support project closeout
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role.
- Proficiency in at least three commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, or foam.
- Experience with flat and low-slope commercial roofing installations.
- Strong blueprint reading, layout, and jobsite coordination skills.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on commercial rooftops.
- Comfortable working at heights, on scaffolding, and in active construction environments.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, and wind.
