Electrical Tester

Electrical Tester - Entry Level

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Testers. In this role, you will perform important electrical testing preparation and testing tasks of basic complexity, contributing to the quality and reliability of our products.

As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for:

• Visually inspecting products before testing to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Inspecting testing equipment and the test booth for proper operation.
• Safely preparing products for testing by making necessary connections.
• Identifying and separating non-conforming parts.
• Documenting actions through the completion of production and quality forms.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following established procedures and regulations.
• Using resources efficiently to achieve job results.
• Assisting in training colleagues on testing processes as needed.
• Ensuring all work meets quality requirements before passing it to the next operation.

We seek candidates who:

• Possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ideally have 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Can safely handle small hand and power tools.
• Can read and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Have basic computer skills and can understand instructions in English.

Physical demands of the job include:

• Classification as Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level.
• Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance; frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Carrying up to 40 pounds occasionally, pushing/pulling weights as needed.
• Continuous standing and walking, along with frequent bending and stooping.

The pay range for this position is typically between $20 - $23 per hour, with the actual rate based on skills and experience.
