Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, work closely with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
- Document treatment progress and ensure compliance with Medicare and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and families about therapy plans and rehabilitation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends through continuing education.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
- CPR certification (must meet state licensure requirements).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and assist patients safely using proper techniques.
