About the job IT Technical Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Lead to architect and implement next-generation entitlement management solutions for software and services. In this role, youll design scalable systems, guide technical teams, and collaborate with product and business partners to enable B2B license management and post-sales monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of licensing and entitlement management platforms
- Partner with product and enterprise teams to design solutions aligned with IT standards and compliance policies
- Optimize platform operations and drive integration with enterprise IT systems
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders through documentation and presentations
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years as a technical lead
- Expertise in enterprise solution design, ERP integrations, and customer-facing applications
- Experience in backend scripting languages like JavaScript or TypeScript, specifically in NodeJS, or Python
- Strong skills AWS services, and Agile SCRUM methodology
- Knowledge of B2B software licensing, monetization models, and compliance standards (PII, GDPR, CFR)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Interest or experience in GenAI and Agentic AI tools
