Job Overview:

As the General Manager of Restaurant Operations at Mitra QSR, you will oversee three critical areas of our business:

  • Employee Management: Lead daily operations, develop, and retain your team while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Your team will deliver delicious food with a smile, ensuring quick service in a clean environment.
  • Restaurant Standards: Maintain high levels of cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall operations for a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a Positive Atmosphere: Create a collaborative workplace where everyone feels valued.
  • Motivate and Inspire: Lead your team to deliver excellent service and support.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and cleanliness.
  • Uphold Standards: Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
  • Financial Management: Understand and manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement effectively.
  • Compliance Assurance: Adhere to all legal and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years with valid U.S. ID
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and work with minors
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to meet business needs
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Reliable transportation
