KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
  • Address and resolve customer requests and concerns
  • Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
  • Operate the cash register effectively
  • Ensure fuel and merchandise availability for customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations
  • Lead the team to achieve store performance goals and objectives
  • Complete job-related duties as assigned
  • In the absence of management, perform backup duties, including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, inventory ordering, product counting, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama)
  • High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of relevant job experience
  • Minimum of 3 months cashier experience required
  • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation
