Are you an experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Officer ready to build your business with the backing of a forward?thinking, well?capitalized company without the micromanagement, mystery margins, or nickel?and?dime fees that plague most broker shops?

What Youll Do
  • Originate residential mortgage loans primarily through your own referral network and self?sourced business.
  • Build and nurture client relationships with a focus on education, transparency, and long?term trust.
  • Guide borrowers through the loan process from application through closing with the full support of our processing team.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and concierge support to scale your business and close more loans.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, lending guidelines, and best practices to serve your clients at the highest level.

Who You Are
  • A licensed residential Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with a proven track record.
  • Consistently funding at least one loan per month and actively working as a full?time loan officer this is not a side gig.
  • Entrepreneurial, self?driven, and motivated to grow your book of business.
  • A team player with a strong ethical compass and a customer?first mindset.
  • Adaptable and tech?savvy, ready to embrace new tools and systems that make your business more efficient.
