Silgan Containers is seeking a Regional Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Brookfield, WI, office that ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures and government legal requirements. As part of the centralized payroll group, you will be responsible for payroll processing of multiple locations in various states.

What You Will Do as a Regional Payroll Administrator

Payroll Processing: Verify and process payroll data across multiple locations.

Data Management: Collect, calculate, and enter payroll information accurately.

Compliance: Maintain required records, filings, and reports.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Project Support: Assist with special projects as assigned.

Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive payroll information.

Team Collaboration: Contribute positively within the payroll team

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.

Payroll Experience: 3+ years, preferably multi-location and multi-state.

Systems Knowledge: Kronos and Workday highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and general office equipment.

Attention to Detail: Able to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Able to interpret payroll documents and calculate deductions and taxes.

Problem Solving: Capable of following instructions and resolving standard issues.
