A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECH

As a Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you will oversee and guide your team on residential and commercial HVAC installations. You will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems, ensuring they meet our company's high standards for performance and efficiency. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism while ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients. Your technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to install heating and cooling systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Own hand tools (company provides specialty tools)


WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We also provide on-call and overtime opportunities.
