PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Executive OFC INTEG Warfare System of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS.

Duties

Help

• You will serve as a management advisor to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter.
• You will developpe and implement program requirements.
• You will develop and implement improvement and efficiency strategies for programing, budgeting and procurement.
• You will identify and facilitate potential solutions and evaluate technical, cost, and schedule for implementation for each solution.
• You will perform program reviews and recommend improvements to production.

• This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 612, proficiency level Intermediate the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector generating reports and records to determine appropriate changes or corrective actions for program improvements and deficiencies.

This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $189,950. If you're current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.

This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
