Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Find and attract a wide range of talented candidates using various tools and techniques.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters and hiring managers, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
  • Educational Events: Help plan and host educational events like workshops and webinars to engage and inform our community.
  • Social Media Engagement: Assist with managing our social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting job openings, and interacting with our audience.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Great at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and recruitment tools.
