Your Daily Contributions:
As a Client Service Professional, your role revolves around helping others and witnessing the impact of your contributions. You’ll assist clients in making informed decisions while building lasting relationships. Here’s what your day will look like:
- Warmly answer phones and greet clients with a personalized and friendly approach.
- Connect clients with the best-suited tax professional tailored to their individual needs.
- Schedule clients based on their preferences and availability.
- Ensure clients' needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain an organized and clean office environment collaboratively with team members.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules or locations.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience.
- The ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers.

Pay Information:
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $11.00 to $27.00, depending on experience, education, and location factors. Successful candidates may also participate in incentive programs that offer additional earnings and benefits.
