Help Wanted: Lube Technician

Anderson & Koch Ford – North Branch, MN

Anderson & Koch Ford is looking for a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our growing service team  Training is available to help advance through the shop

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
• Inspect and top off fluid levels, check tire pressure, and perform multi-point inspections
• Assist with basic vehicle repairs and maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson & Koch Ford professionally

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a lube tech or automotive maintenance preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
