Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Duncan, OK
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Treat musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
  • Establish and document short-term and long-term functional goals
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
  • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 8-10 patients (up to 10 visits per day)
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physical therapy and social services
  • Float to acute care settings as needed within scope of practice
  • Maintain compliance with professional standards, safety guidelines, and infection control policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (pending acceptable)
  • Current BLS and CPR certification
  • Experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Ability to manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:2
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Willingness to float to acute care if needed
  • Ability to submit requested time off at time of submission
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Meditech EMR experience
  • Experience with post-operative orthopedic care (upper extremity, lower extremity, spine)
  • Experience treating neurological conditions (CVA, Parkinson's)
  • Pediatric therapy experience including developmental delays and sensory disorders
  • Pelvic floor therapy experience (adult and pediatric)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
