About the Position
Specialty: Social Worker
Experience: 1-2 years in a healthcare, community, or clinical setting preferred
License: State Social Work License (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent depending on state regulations)
Certifications: BLS - AHA (if working in clinical settings)
Must-Have: Strong interpersonal and case management skills, crisis intervention experience, knowledge of community resources

Description: The Social Worker provides support to individuals and families by helping them navigate emotional, social, and financial challenges. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing care plans, providing counseling, connecting clients with resources, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being and continuity of care.
