As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily operations and ensuring our restaurant meets Taco Bell standards. Your passion for teamwork and leadership will help you guide Team Members and Shift Managers as they complete their assigned duties. You will also manage inventory and financial responsibilities while creating a welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned tasks effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage financial accountability.
- Serve safe, quality food in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Uphold safety standards to provide a safe working environment for all staff and a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with basic business math and accounting skills.
- Able to tolerate walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing for 80% of shift time.
- Background checks will be conducted on all management employees.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
