What You'll Do:

Roosters Servers sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner within a casual, full-service restaurant. The key role is to provide a positive, memorable dining experience through the service of great food and beverage. Effectively serve multiple tables at a time, to ensure the efficiency of the restaurant. Have complete knowledge of Roosters Restaurant's food and beverage preparation. Perform daily opening, ongoing, and closing side duties such to ensure all items are prepped, clean, and ready for the next meal period. Understand and execute the proper sequence of service for the entire dining experience. Ability to apply basic selling techniques, which include offering food and alcohol suggestions.

Roosters' provides a great training program for all individuals at every level through our Passport Program. There is no experience required. We will train you on the job by one of our very own Certified Wingman Trainers, and you will be paid for training. Through your training in the Passport Program, you will receive pay raises after 30 days and 90 days of employment.
