Company Truck Driver - Reefer Division

• Higher Earnings with Reliable Weekly Miles. Company reefer drivers earn between $70,000-$90,000 annually, with top performers achieving up to $95,000 depending on miles and performance.
• Balanced Lifestyle with a Two-Week Schedule. Enjoy being home every two weeks while maintaining stable earnings and consistent miles.
• Structured Miles for Strong Paychecks. Drive 2,500-3,000 miles weekly across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast—avoiding NYC and focusing on drop & hook for smoother weeks.
• Comfortable Trucks & Dependable Support. All company trucks feature TriPac APU/EPU systems, inverters, refrigerators, and driver-friendly specifications for ease on every run.

Lease Operator (1099) - Reefer Division

• Owner-Level Earning Potential. Lease Operators can anticipate earnings between $80,000-$100,000 net annually, with top contractors taking home over $130,000+ after settlements.
• Flexible Independence without High Risk. Independent operators enjoy higher earning potential and operational flexibility without the burdens associated with full ownership.
• More Take-Home Pay from Every Load. Earn 73% of revenue, transforming EOS's steady reefer freight into substantial weekly take-home income.
• Home Every Two Weeks with Reliable Freight. Experience a predictable two-week cycle with minimal downtime, backed by a freight network designed for maximized miles.
• Modern Trucks Ready for the Road. Operate contractor-spec'd vehicles equipped with auto transmission, inverter, refrigerator, and Thermo King TriPac APU for comfort mile after mile.

Lease Operator Contracts

• Simple Terms with No Barriers. Start with $0 down, no credit checks, and choose between a 1 or 2-year walkaway lease—a low-risk way to operate independently.
• Consistent Weekly Costs. Average truck payments are around $1,000 per week, in addition to fixed contractor charges totaling $600/week.
• Completion Bonus that Pays Off. Earn a $2,500 bonus for completing a 1-year term, or a $10,000 bonus upon completing a 2-year term.
• Maintenance & Comprehensive Support. A maintenance escrow of $0.13-$0.15 CPM ensures predictable repairs, with flexible benefits available through third-party partners.

Pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance. There is no application deadline; we accept applications on an ongoing basis.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9+ months CDL-A OTR in the last 12 months (with no more than 1 job), OR
• 1+ year CDL-A OTR in the last 3 years
• Must be 23 years or older
• SAP drivers are not eligible
