  • - Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock etc
  • - Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
  • - Hands-on experience on designing solutions using agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel and AutoGen.
  • - Having experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns
  • - Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP.
  • - Proficiency in any of the software development languages Python, Java , C# etc.
  • - Work Experience with cloud-based services and designing/building on the cloud, especially Azure;
  • - Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Design and developing Agentic solutions.
  • - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
