Description

Markon's partner company is looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Developer to join our team in designing and architecting next-generation network security appliances. This role focuses on creating advanced PCBAs that integrate high-performance FPGAs and other cutting-edge components for an intelligence customer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-speed digital hardware for security appliances
  • Perform signal integrity analysis and power distribution network design
  • Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, and mechanical engineering teams to deliver complete hardware solutions
  • Drive design reviews, validation, and bring-up of complex boards
Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field)
  • 8+ years of hands-on hardware development experience including schematic capture, PCB layout review, and hardware validation.
  • Proven experience in high-speed digital design and FPGA-based systems
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
  • TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph


Salary Range

USD $200,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
