We're seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee commercial plumbing construction projects from planning through completion.
Impact

Responsibilities
• Manage plumbing projects from contract award to closeout
• Coordinate with estimating teams during project buyout
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and equipment selections
• Conduct weekly jobsite meetings with contractors and trades
• Track costs and manage change orders
• Supervise field teams and ensure quality installations
• Communicate project status and resolve issues with clients
Requirements
Must-Haves
• 5+ years of plumbing project management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems
• Experience managing projects $1M+ in value
• Proficiency with project management software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master Plumber license
• Experience with design-build project delivery
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and prefabrication
