The Care Team - Healthcare Sales Representative

We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to support growth across Carmel, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, creating strong community partnerships, and representing a mission-driven organization known for exceptional hospice care.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral partners.
- Represent The Care Team Hospice as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the community.
- Develop creative outreach and territory strategies to grow census and expand brand awareness.
- Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Stay informed about local market trends, referral patterns, and competitive positioning.
- Someone active and connected in the Carmel/Indianapolis community, with a natural talent for networking.
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, nursing, or social work preferred (1+ years)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation: Base salary + Commission role. Base salary is $65K+.
