Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an LCSW to join a virtual outpatient team providing therapy to a steady caseload of adults. Your work will focus on practical, goal-oriented sessions, helping clients manage symptoms, navigate stressors, and build skills that support day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations via video.
- Provide ongoing, evidence-informed therapy to adult clients.
- Create and revise treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
- Respond to emerging concerns and risks with appropriate interventions.
- Document sessions and care coordination in a timely, organized manner.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in New York State.
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health.
- Experience providing care through telehealth platforms preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
- 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)
