Job Opportunity: Experienced Hospital CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Position Title: Floating Certified Nursing Assistant  Location: Multiple Hospitals, New York City  Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM  Duration: Starting December 29, 2025, for 6 weeks (with potential for extension)  Compensation: Up to $40 per hour  
**Overview: Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Floating Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New York City We are looking for dedicated, experienced professionals passionate about making a difference in patient care. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple hospital settings, enhancing your skills and broadening your experience while providing essential support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver compassionate care by assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.- Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.- Monitor and document vital signs, promptly reporting any changes in patients’ condition, and create a clean, safe, and welcoming patient environment in adherence to health and safety protocols.- Facilitate the safe transportation of patients within the facility as necessary.- Foster effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:- An active New York State CNA license is required.- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.- A minimum of 1 year of hospital experience, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- A COVID-19 vaccination card and a 2026 flu vaccination record are essential. Are you willing to be vaccinated against the flu?- A copy of your highest degree achieved to highlight your educational background.
Availability:- Must be able to commit to working every other weekend.
