Production Blending Operator

1st shift, Mon - Fri, 8 - 10 hour days, 40 hours a week
$18 - $20 p/hr
Candidates with prior food blending experience would work out well, they work with dry ingredients that are added to flavored nutritional drinks and many other applications.
Will be working with a touch screen and a recipe when producing the different ingredients for their dry blends.
Full-Time Production Operator Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Work on a team to provide production and sanitation support.
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas to facility standards.
* Work on packaging line, to maintain efficiency of product timelines.
* Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government.
* Ability to work in all assigned areas of production including packaging; perform relief duties when required.
* Ensure that the Master Sanitation Schedule as well as environmental cleaning is consistently completed.
* Ensure all equipment and facility is properly cleaned per plant procedures and requirements.
* Work effectively as part of a team and display a positive attitude.
* Be cooperative and take initiative to ensure smooth operations.
* Perform other duties/projects as apparent or assigned
