Are you a results-driven Learning & Development professional with a talent for digital organization and project execution? We are seeking a versatile Training Specialist to join our team for a high-priority, fixed-term special project. This role is essential for streamlining our educational infrastructure and ensuring our teams have the resources they need to succeed.
The Role In this position, you won't just be delivering content; you will be building the systems that deliver it. You will support our training team by developing high-impact materials and optimizing our digital platforms. This is a dedicated project role with a clear scope, perfect for someone who enjoys seeing a project through from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Development: Design and produce engaging training manuals, presentations, and resources that simplify complex processes.
- SharePoint Optimization: Serve as the primary support for SharePoint, managing document libraries and enhancing collaboration sites.
- LMS Administration: Assist in the backend administration of our Learning Management System, including course creation and content uploads.
- Technical Support: Utilize Poka and Office 365 to improve workflow and knowledge retention across the organization.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, HR, or Education.
- Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in SharePoint (crucial) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- The "X" Factor: Previous experience in Web Design and Project Management is highly preferred, as these skills will help elevate the aesthetic and efficiency of our project.
- Location: Onsite at our St. Louis headquarters (Monday-Thursday); Remote (Friday).
- Hours: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Duration: This is a specialized project role with no current plan for extension.
salary: $35 - $36.39 per hour

Responsibilities
Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources to support various training initiatives within the organization.
SharePoint Support: Provide assistance in utilizing SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Assist in the administration of the learning management system, including content management and course creation.
