Second OR Third Shift Forklift Operator

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a temp-to-hire Forklift Operator position. This role is a vital part of our client's quality control warehouse operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, products, and supplies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced forklift operator with a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Transport products and materials to designated areas for quality inspection and storage.
- Prepare and stage materials for outbound shipments as needed.
- Perform daily safety checks on forklift equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection-focused environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or scanners.
- Experience with different types of forklifts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control procedures as directed.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite for second and third shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
