The Group Product Manager for our AI Platform will play a mission-critical role in driving this next chapter of innovation.
As Group Product Manager, you will define and execute the multi-year strategy for Relativity's AI Platform, inclusive of ML/LLM Operations and AI Services teams. These teams oversee the AI platform infrastructure and tooling used by AI application and Applied Science teams to design, develop, evaluate, and operate AI solutions at scale-with a focus on generative AI-powered innovation. This platform has powered analysis of millions of documents and billions of tokens.
The ideal candidate will have three unique attributes: career experience leading teams to build out AI platform components, demonstrated success as a technical/platform product manager building products for internal teams, and exceptional communication skills that create clarity and inspire confidence.
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Ensure we are solving business problems with a balance between immediate customer needs and building long-term capabilitiesthat meet the needs of multiple teams.
Connectfrequentlywith internal customers in Applied Science and AI application teams to deeply understand their day-to-day needs,validatingsolutions with feedbackinproduct discovery.
Mentor andhelpgrowthecareers ofPMs on your team, instilling PM best practices and buildingPM talent pipelines.
Lead one sprint team to mature one of our flagship AI platform capabilities.
Set the strategic direction and coordinate roadmapsthat are owned by PMs on your team.
Partner with Engineering leadership to shape the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure.
Ensurewe understand and meetproductrequirements aroundscalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards.
Preferred qualifications

Experience successfully managing a team of Product Managers
Professional experience with ML Ops (includingworking throughout themodel lifecycle), AI tooling, generative AI, and LLMs
Minimum qualifications
-
6+ years of experience insoftwareproduct managementwith 3+ yearsowning platform-level AI capabilities used by internal ML, applied science, or application teams.
Formal/ collegiateeducationis not required tobe considered for this role
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$166,000 and $250,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
