Lady Lake Specialty Care Center in Lady Lake, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate per diem Occupational Therapist to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain their independence and enhance their quality of life in a nurturing, supportive environment, we want you on our team
What You'll Do:
• Assess and treat patients in our subacute rehabilitation program to improve daily living skills and functional independence.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and techniques to support recovery and long-term well-being.
What We're Looking For:
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Florida Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or subacute care setting is a plus (new grads welcome).
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented approach to care.
