Tuesday - Saturday (Monday - Friday in the first week to facilitate orientation)

Job Description

An experienced Home Health RN is needed to join a Central Vermont Home Health agency. The ideal candidate will have OASIS and case management experience, along with a strong background in home health care. We are particularly looking for an experienced traveler who is available to commit to this contract without any requested time off.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • OASIS experience required
  • Home health experience required
  • Case management experience required
  • Strong preference for experienced travelers
