Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and take drink orders in a timely and friendly manner
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and company standards
  • Provide recommendations and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience
  • Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local laws
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Work efficiently during high-volume periods, including nights and weekends
  • Assist with bar opening and closing duties as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to create a fun and seamless guest experience
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or legal age per state regulations)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
