Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of tire sales, removals, and replacements for a variety of vehicles, both in-shop and through roadside service.

  • Oversee equipment repair and maintain store cleanliness, including general housekeeping tasks.

  • Lift and move objects weighing 75+ pounds in confined spaces, and comfortably work in various temperature conditions.

  • Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as necessary.

  • Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (cost covered by Love's).
