As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Site IT Engineer to support IT Administrators and contractors across multiple locations within the region. You will be responsible for providing deep technical expertise and the high-level support/ guidance on a wide range of IT systems and services.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Site IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing IT operations across multiple sites within your region. You will be the go-to technical expert for local IT systems, responsible for maintaining and improving services related to PCs, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure. Additionally, you'll support IT/OT integration, lead technology upgrades, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.

• Collaborate with regional IT teams and contractors to deliver expert support and advice.

• Resolve complex technical issues involving PCs, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure.

• Ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction of local IT systems through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Support IT/OT integration by managing new technology projects, performing upgrades, and aligning systems with current standards.

• Provide first and second-line technical support to site users, ranging from factory floor operators to senior executives.

• Represent Group IT with professionalism and a customer-first attitude, fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Communicate effectively with global IT peers and cross-functional site teams.

• Promote and enforce IT policies, guiding users toward best practices and compliance.

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, and technical delivery.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and influence user behavior when necessary.

• Occasionally work outside standard hours and travel as required to support regional operations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in technical IT support, including end-user devices, on-premises and cloud servers, and network infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Certifications preferred:

• Microsoft Fundamentals (Azure or M365)

• ITIL v4 Foundations

• Cisco CCNA

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with regional and global IT contacts.

• Experience supporting IT in manufacturing environments; familiarity with ISA-95 and OT integration.

• Technical expertise in:

o Windows Domain upgrades

o Fiber connection mapping and maintenance

o Active Directory administration

o Firewall installation and troubleshooting

o Azure cloud functionality

o On-prem to cloud migration

o Virtual machine management

o Server OS health monitoring

o Network infrastructure and IT/OT environments

o Third-party remote access administration

• Ability to multitask across diverse network environments and support vendor coordination.
