  • Home Time: 2 weeks out, 34 hours home

Competitive Pay Structure:

Our drivers earn between $899.14 and $1,746.28 per week based on experience and performance, which translates to an annual salary ranging from $46,748.00 to $90,792.00. Explore our comprehensive compensation packages including tarp pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, and more.

Flatbed Driver Rate: $0.59 - $0.73 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package: We understand that transitioning jobs can be challenging. Our robust $1,800 Transition Package supports you right from the start, so you can focus on your new role.

Home Time:

  • Enjoy a home time schedule of 2 weeks out with 34 hours at home.
  • This is applicable for Division 279; additional route options are available.

Non-Pet Policy & Guest Rider Policy:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, but riders aged 7 and older can accompany drivers after 90 days of safe driving.

Qualifications to Join Us:

  1. Must possess a valid Class A CDL
  2. Must be 21 years of age or older
  3. Must have a safe driving record
  4. No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  5. 4+ months of driving experience required
  6. Background check and clean drug test required
  7. Must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform
