Summary
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices,
multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates
independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties
and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to
meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer
engagements. Participates in business development activities. Assists in the development and
configuration of detailed solutions for moderate to complex projects.
4+ years of vertical experience desired, including 6+ years of ERP consulting experience strongly
preferred. 7 + years of overall Relevant work experience.
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities include:
• Travel: Up to 50%
• Gather and document customer business requirements.
• Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements.
• Assist in solution development for complex business requirements which may include complex
configurations and/or complex technical components.
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
• Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on
budget project delivery.
• Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and billable utilization targets.
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications include:
• 5+ years of overall relevant professional experience, ideally to include functional NetSuite ERP
Financials solution implementations. NOTE - competing vendor solution experience may be
considered.
• Restaurant & Hospitality and/or Retail industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Point of Sale system experience preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple
deadlines.
• Possess a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their
businesses.
• Outstanding client facing skills. History of building effective relationships with clients and
colleagues.
• Independently organizes and performs most work required with minimal guidance and direction.
• Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundations / ERP Certification a plus.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
