Your expertise will help maintain optimal inventory levels and enhance customer satisfaction. Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Capable of conducting inventory audits and reconciliations
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Familiarity with barcoding systems and RFID technology
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment
- Knowledge of basic inventory accounting principles
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
- Certification in Inventory Management or related areas is advantageous
