Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles.
  • Gain valuable experience working with both domestic and foreign car models.
  • Complete thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections for our customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department, ensuring customer concerns are addressed.
  • Work together with fellow technicians to troubleshoot problems, adhere to deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a passion for serving others.
  • Honesty and integrity to represent the automotive industry with pride.
  • Accountability to uphold the highest professional standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • At least 10 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • Current ASE Certifications 1-8, L1.
  • Expert diagnostic abilities for all vehicle makes and models.
  • Aim to meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • A desire for long-term career growth and development.
  • Must have a clean driving record for insurance purposes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move items over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Capable of working with tools above head height.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces depending on vehicle requirements.
  • Good dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Skilled in navigating computer applications.
