Collaborate with a diverse team in both the United States and India, dividing responsibilities between analyst groups focused on operational changes and those leading projects aimed at modernizing nursing workflows.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Nursing analyst to directly engage with clients at a leading academic medical center. This remote opportunity requires you to be the go-to expert for various optimization initiatives involving Oracle Health Millennium applications. Your responsibilities will cover essential clinical dataset alignments, critical care workflow implementations, multi-disciplinary rounding, and optimization of nurse charting and documentation. The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of clinical workflows and hands-on build experience to assess and enhance current systems while ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clinical stakeholders like nursing teams, physicians, and hospital leadership to tailor optimizations in Oracle Health Millennium applications.
• Lead assessments of current nursing workflows and configurations, suggesting and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency and patient care.
• Manage multiple concurrent optimization projects from analysis and design through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide expert advice on Millennium platform customizations, including tools like Care Compass, Clinical Leader Organizer, MPages, IView, and PowerForms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of changes while minimizing disruptions.
• Develop training materials and conduct virtual sessions to enhance user proficiency and effective system utilization.
• Monitor project outcomes, track key metrics, and report on progress to clients and internal leadership.
• Stay updated with Oracle Health Millennium advancements and industry trends to drive proactive optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Active nursing license with a minimum of two years of bedside care experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Health Millennium, specifically nursing support and/or implementations in healthcare.
• Hands-on Millennium build experience, particularly with Clinical Leader Organizer, Care Compass, IView, PowerForms, and MPages.
• Proven history of direct client engagement within large academic or hospital settings on nursing and clinical application projects.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex clinical requirements into practical Millennium solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective remote collaboration, including presentation skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS, and project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, juggling priorities across various projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing or supporting Multi-disciplinary Rounding.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as LightsOn and Cerner Advance to evaluate system configurations and measure success metrics.
• Certification in Oracle Health Millennium or related EHR consulting credentials.
• Understanding of challenges faced by academic medical centers, including research integrations and multi-specialty workflows.

Compensation and Benefits:

US Hiring Range: $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; $87,000 to $178,100 annually with potential for equity.
