Our client, a leader in the Human Resources services industry, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team.
As an HR Data Analyst , you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting HR Operations and Reporting teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail , which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Collect and analyze HR data across recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and engagement.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership.

Identify trends and provide actionable insights to strengthen HR processes.

Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives.
-
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
What's Needed?
-
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
-
2+ years of experience in HR analytics or similar roles.
-
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint).
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
