Our client, a leader in the Human Resources services industry, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team.

As an HR Data Analyst , you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting HR Operations and Reporting teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail , which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Collect and analyze HR data across recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and engagement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership.

  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to strengthen HR processes.

  • Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
