Job Title: Locum Client Provider

Experience: Minimum years of experience required
License: Active state license preferred, willing to wait for new license
Certifications: Board Certified, DEA, and BLS required
Must-Have: Proof of COVID vaccine required

Description:
We are seeking a locum Client provider to fill a need.
The schedule includes clinic and hospital call for full-scope OB/GYN practice.
The volume is low with rare call back requirements.
Full-time coverage is needed, with candidates expected to cover at least 14 shifts per month.
Locums will not be responsible for supervising other providers.
The electronic medical record system is EPIC.
Travel reimbursements will be provided for flights, lodging, and rental cars.
Mileage reimbursement will be based on the IRS standard rate.
Candidates should provide necessary documentation to expedite the credentialing process.
Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID are required.
References and case logs may be requested as part of the application process.
Local candidates are highly preferred.
